In the sixties, when I started playing the guitar, I had the chance of playing several Catania guitars. I was not owning one but I used to borrow and play. They are wonderful instruments. My love affair with Catania guitars is still on. I would love to own one but they are not available in the market. You can't even get a second hand one as people who owns one will not part with it. Those days we use to string those guitars with "Cathedral" strings made in UK. A set of strings were less than a penny. - Lucky ([e-mail])
