Catawba Indian Settlement?

About 5 or 6 years ago.(Not sure about the time) The Catawba Indian Tribe agreed on a settlement. I think each member received around $4,0000 .My grandson, now 15 did not receive anything and he is a member. My question is where do I find out where his money went? His father whom he hasn't seen in 5 years,is behind more than $35,000 in child support. So it could not have been given to him RIGHT ???? Does anyone have an e-mail adress to get in touch with someone about this?

  1. Bureau of Indian Affairs would be my first hunch. Being Federal, all IRS payments would be attached.
