Catch a call will not connect to the internet.

Question

After connect and checking my connections after hookup my catch a call with id my computer will not connect to the internet.the phone part works fine. I called my internet provider and he says something is blocking it from connecting to the internet.but they couldn't help me fix it got any answers?
