  1. I think you mean "Catcher In the Rye".  I read it but didn't care for it.  It is suppose to be a classic, I guess I missed something.


  2. rye.... yes, it was good... and i didn't even have to read it for school or anything. i caught attention to it, with the movie "conspiracy theory," w/ julia roberts, and mel gibson. i picked it up, and couldn't put it down, i finished it in a bout 5 days... it was a really good book.

    i told my dad i was reading it, and he said something about the book being about attitude. i'd believe it... just the way the guy says things in the book, and his actions... and he smokes....

    i have read the book numerous times, since then, and it is still as good as the first time i read it.

    and also, i didn't feel all assassinistic (lol, i didnt feel like i wanted to kill anyone...) i would give it a thumbs up for you. hope you like it as much as i did.
