I am writing a paper on Homo Floresiensis and was wondering what are four subtopics that could be covered on the topic?

First you must establish that Homo floresiensis is indeed a pygamy form of Homo erectus & not a genetic abnormality of Homo sapien.

Second, establish that the dating techniques are correct... they probably are.

Third, look at the current inhabitants of that area of the World & determine what characteristics, if any, they share with Homo florensis.

Fourth, pick apart any supporting or detracting arguements using your evidence.
