Categories or folders

Is it possible to keep your songs in folders so that you can select a particular album to play. At present I can only load all the songs in one batch, making it difficult to find the songs I want to listen to. (Sorry if this is dumb question; my first experience with MP3 player - and the user manual is useless). Thanks.Annsophie
