Question:

Caterer's Advice Pls?

This is an update to a previous question. Based on some of the suggestions I got, I revised my potluck sign up sheet. It's dinner for 200 (100 couples so only 100 dishes). It's "Christmas in July" themed so we're doing a Christmas dinner. We're providing the turkey, gravy, and a large cake.

Does this look like enough food to feed 200 people? Granted, there aren't 100 selections here so people will be bringing random things, too, so there will be a wide variety.

  1. Looks good to me - more than enough food. Make sure people bring their own takeaway containers for leftovers and it should be a hit. Have Fun!

  2. You should specify that the dishes should be at least a 9x13 pan size. I am always amazed at how many people come to a large gathering with food for four servings. What about drinks and dinner rolls? Have fun!
