Caterpillar Question?

Question

I found a Caterpillar at the park today but i don't know what type. (S)he has a brownish greenish head, tiny purple dots on its neck and a couple on his body. His neck is lined with yellow and black. His eyes are tiny but VERY obvious and are green with black pupils. Its got tiny legs right under his head. Hes got a some sort of tongue coming out of his roundish mouth. His body is green with brown on his tail...area. It mostly gets around with its tongue like thing. He's also is very slow at moving. Atm(at the moment) i have it in a container with grass, a leaf, and a stick. (The cap is not on) We don't know anything about it.

go online to http://www.insects.org/entophiles/ it has lots of categories of bugs if you want to find out what it is also on google type in bug or caterpillar ...... and see what hapens it could be the tiger swolloetail caterpillar but i am not sure
