  1. My husband had this he has has two ablations as the first he didn't work. He said he didn't remember much about having it done as he had sedation. the wounds that they put the catheters in were a little sore but bearable he was up and walking about at tea time and walking about after about 4 hours just take it easy and try to rest and remember your not allowed to drive for 7 days after the procedure that's the bit that always wound him up more lol Good luck

  2. was your heart rate normal most of the time, normal being 55-100 and then you would have moments of SVT or were you SVT often, like multiple times a day with an already Sinus tach rhythm. ? We do ablations where I work and they go in and ablate or kill the tissue causing the arrythmia.

  3. Surgery. Surgery is usually the treatment recommended only if all other options have failed. In this case, a person is put under anesthesia, the chest is opened, and the heart is exposed. Then, the tissue causing the arrhythmia is removed.
