My cat jumped on the bed and I noticed these little white things that looked like eggs so I immediately stripped the bed covers and washed them..Im hoping this will have got rid of the ones on the sheets and then I saw what I think WAS a flea. Im mortified and my skin is crawling. I need to find out where to buy some Frontline online.. does anyone know? Also will this kill the fleas? and how can I now get rid of them in the house coz they are probably EVERYWHERE and I cant bear it. Thanks

Also does anyone know what flea eggs actually do look like, in case im wrong and its tapeworm or something?

  1. I use Advantage. I buy it either at the vet or on E-bay. You can find flea meds at the pet store like Petco, Petsmart. You can go to the website to buy it.

Also flea eggs are little round hard black things. Usually found on the butt (before the tail on back).

  2. Oh you don't need to worry that much, it happens to everyone! They are defiantly not as bad as lice for human.

Every once in a while you need to put advantage on them. You just put a little couple drops on their neck [the back] and it works.

I suggest this, because to me its the best one!

Maybe use a flea collar if you really are flea-phobic. (just made that up) hah.

  3. its most likely fleas or your cat has some dry skin.  as for the frontline.  just go to petmeds.com its usually pretty fair priced, or if you have a friend who is a vet student they get them really cheap.  as for the house.  put the meds on the cat, fleas cant live that long off a cat.  they will get on the cat die and then just vaccum.  there is some powder to spread on the carpet that says it kills them but ive never tried it.  my mom has.  i dont know if it really works or not.  i just suggest you vaccum.  if you are really paranoid take your cat to the vet to get it dipped.  while he is gone clean the place.  or bomb it with a pest bomb.

  4. Fleas and tapeworm go together.  Your cat needs to see a vet to receive proper treatment.  The longer you wait, the worse the flea infestation will be.  Your vet can also give you advice about clearing your home of fleas.

    Good Luck!
