Cats are generous, kind, sweet, and they are very considerate of others...?

I have learned something new about cats and that is that they purr out of free will, my cat purrs even when hes pissed at me, never made sense to me till now but, do u all agree with me?

  1. Cats do all the things you say; WHEN THEY WANT TO.  The rest of the time they can be nice or have a hissy fit at the drop of a mouse.

    They  can be very independent and demanding.

    They only get in your lap when they want to, not when you call like adog.

    He only comes to us when HE wants attention.  But we love him anyway, and spoil him to death!

  3. I have read that cats purr from pleasure and also as a way to soothe themselves.  Injured or ill cats will often purr and people make the mistake of thinking they are ok, when, in fact, they need medical attention.

  4. Yes I agree with you....mine are very laid back, have good manners, show they care about us, and are just a joy to have around.
