Cats experts only, Is That true about kittens?

Well when you hold a Kitten it will cover what between their legs with their tail, well i've heard only female kittens do that, is that true?

  1. In kittens, if you pick them up by the scruff of their neck, it basically "paralyzes" them and calms them down. That is how the mother keeps their kittens in line and how she transports them from one place to another without them squirming all over.

    It's not just females but males too. And it also can depend on the cat. But, for safety, never hold your cat or kitten by the scruff of the neck. It could be potentially dangerous.
