Cats touching noses with each other?

What does that mean? Is it a friendly "cat kiss" with each other?

its fine they are just cheeking out the other cat

some times they like to smell each other like dogs smell each others butts

They are learning who's friendly and who's not.  Some cats never get to like each other, and some cats want to be friends with any cat. Very similar to humans.

I call them kitty kisses.

I have little spots all over my windows... about 10" from the bottom in a line   it's from thier noses.

Yes I know i have to wash windows!
