Caucasian Women vs. Black Women & shaving!?

Question

I'm a black female and I shave my legs, but I don't need to shave them often. I can go at least a month without actually having to shave my legs because if the hair does grow, it's fine and practically unnoticeable...My white friends say they have to shave like everyday or every couple of days or else you will be able to see their hair.

Why is that?

AND PLEASE DON'T SAY BECAUSE BLACK WOMEN CAN'T GROWN HAIR BECAUSE THE HAIR ON MY HEAD IS EXTREMELY LONG! and it's real.

I dont't know. However, my white friends said they hardly shave and I am asian and I hardly shave.

I do have to shave everyday, and I have light hair on my head, but the new hair that grows on my legs is black and stubbly, like facial hair on men.

Just because your hair blends in with your skin. My leg hair is black and my legs are white so it quite noticable. Also, as we have different texture hair, ours grows back coarser.

Well,hmm,i'm not sure.But i'm mixed with native american,white,and black and my hair on my legs gets bushy lol and i have to shave about every 2 weeks.

hair shows more on lighter skin...idk Im white and i only shave like once a week

I'm caucasian and I shave my legs about once a month. I have blonde hair and its very soft and hard to notice on my legs. It goes really slowly also. I think it has to do with genetics.

I shave every other day, but if I really want my legs to be smooth, I have to do it every day. I'm white, by the way. Anyway, that's because when white people shave, it grows back thicker, darker, and faster. Also, because our skin is white, it's more obvious when we don't shave. I actually have very dark hair, which is a problem when it comes to my arm pits because even when i do shave, it sometimes looks like i don't.

It differs from person to person. Every body is different, I am hispanic after shaving my legs, the hair usually grows back with in 3-5 days thats when it gets stuby, unlike my sister hers can take up to 2-3 weeks to grow back. It just depends person-to-person.

combination of two thing with whites unless they're natural blond(and I mean pale blond) the hair is more visible even short little stubs. Secondly from what I've seen black's hair doesn't grow as fast as that of a caucasians.
