Caught drinking at age 18 in california

what would happen if u get caught drinking or dunk in california at age 18 and i have a possesion charge when i was 13 would this still count when i go to court.

It is status crime...  A misdemeanor but you need to stop drinking and/or not get caught....

i got caught for public drunkenness, underage drinking, running away, attempted suicide, and asaulting a police officer when i was 14. Nothing even happened. i didnt get arrested or charged or nothin HAHA.

they're not too strict about drinking underage

especially if ur 18

Dude, if you get caught again the are going to send you to prison for life. Well, maybe not that long. But they will make you do some community service and pay a fine. You have to stop drinking and go to college or something. Don't just waste your life away.

but he drank too much

so he got into thearpy and that stuff.

soo i suggest you try not to get caught atgain...

since you're eighteen you can serve community service

A juvenile offense should have no bearing upon your punishment for an adult MIP.  However, one result of such a conviction is a loss of your driver's license for a year.  This is a misdemeanor offense, so if you cannot afford an attorney one will be appointed for you.  Many courts have programs to help you avoid a conviction and keep your license, and an attorney will be valuable in helping you with that.
