Caught my 8 year old son taking pics of his cousins naked!!1?

So I just caught my 8 year old son asking his 2 cousins which are 3 and 5 to take their clothes off so that he can take pictures of their privates. He was also asking them to kiss each other on the lips while he was snapping pics with my phone. They were doing what he was asking. I'm so devastated, I talked to him and was truthful about what he did, he thinks it was fun because they were responding to him. What does that mean? Does my son have a tendency to being g*y? How should I react and what should I do? What should I tell him?

I just caught my 8 year old son taking naked pictures of his 6 year old brother, I am extremly upset and have no clue what to do, I feel like he had to have gotten the idea from some where also but all he will say is he thought it would be funny. I asked if he saw pictures likethat some where and he said no, now i'm concerned with whats happening at his fathers house on the weekend
