well i am 17 and i got tagging today and my court day is on august 29 what will happen to me

If convicted you will get a fine and probation.  You will not see the inside of the JDC unless it is A LOT of property damage or clean up costs.

Most likely you just go through the court process, end up paying a fine or doing probation, nothing big. If you can convince the judge that you are in face a good person, and are truly sorry, he might let you off or go easy on you. Just don't walk in there acting like a pompous jackass. That'll get you nowhere.
