Cause for Vision loss?

Hi my name is Marissa. 16 years old.

Well I've been having problems with my vision for a while now. Sometimes When I get up and walk around my vision goes totally white for about 3 seconds and my head feels kinda weird. Then it goes back to normal.

I told my brother about this today and he says that it doesnt sound good.

So now Im kinda worried.

I just want to know what it is.

Any idea of what it might be?

you ight have diabetes, or you could be lacking some mineral, try eating lots of diffrent food from chicken,beef, to other things like fishnchips or taco bell,  see if it helps, i know it sounds odd but you might just be mineral defiecient:]

When this happens is it before you've eaten? I know when it happens to me I usually haven't eaten anything yet and when I get up to quickly I get light headed and everything turns cloudy.
