Cause of tiny bugs in bathroom sink?

I have them also, very tiny black bug that looks almost like a slow moving speck...only around my kitchen sink or on the back spash...I also press them on my finger and wash down sink...use bleach water spray and straight bleach poured in my sink but I still them ... not as many as in the beginning...I also just wash every day w/bleach...what are they? how get rid of? thanks for advising what and how :)
