  1. How old is she? It is possible for her to be 'having her period'- when that happens they tend to happen sporadically. But, if the problem happens past 3 weeks, i would take her to a vet; she may have worms, which is another possibility.

  2. If you love your cat, take it to the vet. If she was in heat, she still would not pee blood. There is probably something wrong with her kidneys or maybe she just has a common sickness but no matter what it is, the cat needs to go to the vet. I had a dog once (yes I know, different animal) but it had blood in its pee and it ended up dying the day after we got it. You're lucky it hasn't gotten any worse.

  3. Cats disguise their pain as a survival mechanism.  Take her to a vet right away.  If you had blood in your urine, would you wait 2 weeks?

  4. Blood in the urine is never a good sign. It could be a symptom of a urinary tract infection or kidney damage. Is the cat urinating normally other than the blood? The cat needs to go to the vet fairly quickly to see what is causing this. Worms do not cause blood in the urine nor do cats have periods.
