  1. In about 9 months. The ice caps will all melt and everyone living below 700 feet will drown. Birds will fall out of the sky on fire. Nuclear missiles will spontaneously explode in there silos. Cockroaches will grow to the size of hogs. Dogs will begin breeding with cats, producing a vampire like off spring call a dat.

    Comets a light year away lurking in the Oort cloud will suddenly start on a collision coarse with the earth. About 10 days after that, the world wide temp will drop to -65 and people living New York city will be eaten by wolves that escaped from the Bronx Zoo. The top rated TV show will be Survivor Idle, where contestants sing for a bag of Bar-B-Qued pork rinds. Afterwords, civilization will be set back many years and if you survive,  cell phones will revert back to the size they were in 1989 and you will only be able to make phone calls on them.

  2. some effects of global warming are to following:

    melting glaciers; thickened ozone; permafrost;

    the melting of glaciers rises the water levels, and if to many of glaciers melt and fall into ocean water the water level world wind will rise and over a time of 10-20 years the state do Florida may be under water water along with the following; San Fransisco DC and possible the country of Japan, causing millions of deaths in the places stated.

        permafrost is melting of ice underground causing trees in northern rejoins of the world to be "tipsy" or "drunken" trees making them aper twisted or deformed.

         But all of these is caused by the thick end ozone. The ozone is being thickened by the burning of fossil fuels such as coil and the gasoline we use in our cars and power plants. causing temperature world wide to change.

  3. the ice caps are melting and the south and north poles are melting plus it is warmer then it should be

  4. We have Global Cooling. You can read my answer.,

  5. There is no Global Warming...It is a ploy to put Money into companies that create supposed Green Products. And to fuel up Al Gore's Private Jet...There are just as many scientists who don't believe it is real, as those who do.

  6. It gives the oil  CO. an excuse to charge 3 prices for our gasoline.

  7. CO2 over all contribution to the greenhouse effect is estimated to be about 1%. Other trace gases play a slight role as well. The main contributer is water vapor moving from atmosphere to the surface through precipitation cycles. My understanding is that this most important variable has a threshold which cannot be broken. Nobody really understands why this is so. Further, scientists do not yet have a grasp why or how the earth seems capable of righting itself, hence you get nearly equal cycles of warming and cooling. Proponents of this theory feel this stabilizing effect has been knocked out of balance by human activities, chiefly the burning of fossil fuels. It should be noted that currents co2 levels are nowhere near levels that they were in various times of earth history. Some scientists believe warming drives c02 output rather than the other way around which is the foundation of the AGW theory. I think there is still many open questions about climate change that should be thoroughly investigated before political policies are made.

  8. Global warming is a very dangerous thing. Even the increase in 1 deggree can change patterns in rainfall and heat absorbed by greenhouse gases. ice caps and glacier are melting. This may cause floods and tsunamis. And hurricanes will have a longer season and will be more powerful. If you want more info email me at s.kiranjot@yahoo.com
