  1. Experiencing swollen gums can indicate that you might be having an infection, so it is a good idea to have this condition investigated by a dental expert.  Of course, it may also be a sign of an infection, so it is a good idea to have this investigated by a dental expert. Catching gum disease early and proper gum disease treatment can take a bad situation and keep it from getting worse.   A painless gum disease is not only possible, but also very likely that is why it is best to take good care of dental health, have a good proper dental care and be aware of the signs of gum disease.

  2. could be an abcess under the tooth - if you go to dentist asap you can maybe avoid a root canal - if they give you antibiotics and the abcess starts leaking this is a good sign and a filling may be enough

  3. Yes...It Needs A Root Canal..

  4. Yes it is getting infected, go to the dentist today!  That happened to me (mine were impacted) and my whole jaw and face swelled up, I had to go to the ER.  I doubt they will do a root canal and give you a filling, they will more likely pull it.  It's not very painful at all.
