I read here on Y Answers that drinking cayenne pepper in water reduces menstrual cramps. Now, as disgusting as that sounds, I would try it if it were a real way to reduce the pain. It was chosen as the best answer... But does anyone know the validity of this??
I suffer from cramps quite badly, and I've seen doctors, had tests and tried various types of oral contraceptives. Mostly I take Tylenol and just suck it up the best I can, but it can get painful and interfere with my work and daily life.
If anyone knows anything I would greatly appreciate it.
