Question:

Cb Radio blows the 15 amp fuse in the car when...

This is a cobra 25 nw ltd I got it at a yard sale with great aspirations of fixing it myself, then I realized i don't know squat about electronics. When powered it just blows all the fuses.Anyone have any ideas where I could start?
