If it is hot outside, have a water balloon catching game, and also a sprinkler in order to cool off. Kickball, hide and go seek, and treasure hunt games could be fun for kids of all ages.

You can do the same activity, just let the older ones do more to prepare for it- the older ones can cut where the younger ones will need to have that part prepared for them.
