Ccleaner?

I just downloaded it, and downloaded a program to backup my registry. Now, is it safe to remove all of the 'checked' boxes shown when ur cleaning up?

CCleaner has its own registry backup functionality.  It will prompt you to back your registry just before cleaning up the items you checked off.

yes ccleaner is a GREAT  program i use it several times a day

It's a great cleaner.  Look at it carefully while unchecking boxes.

I uncheck cookies, recently typed url's and advanced in most cases.

I have used the registry tool without a problem as well.  My main cleaner.
