    Might be a good idea to let your local paper know.


  2. Why not just have someone standing in the bathroom helping handing out towels, the presents alone with discourage the activity and it creates jobs  .

    These are government guidelines on the use of CCTV. On page 22 it says "CCTV should not be used in toilet areas or private offices". Note that it says "should" - that means it probably isn't illegal. There appear to be special circumstances for suspected criminal activity (i.e. drug dealing) rather than just normal everyday CCTV.

    Of course, whether it's morally justifiable to snoop at that level on people is another matter entirely...

  5. If its pointing in to the cubicle then I would say yes!! Complain to the store!

  6. I think that as long as there are not camera's in the stalls or aimed at an area where they could see nakedness, it isn't illegal. But I am not for sure.
