Question:

Cctv parking fines?

I've received a parking fine for pulling over in a side street in Newham & was pictured by a bus lane camera CCTV for supposedly parking for just under 2 minutes - what the camera couldn't see was that there was a blockage of traffic ahead & people flooding out of 2 car parks just ahead of me - in the photo on the fine it clearly shows my car lights were on, but sadly the picture doesn't show I was in fact in the car - Are CCTV parking fines like this legal & how do I prove my innocence?

  1. If that is your worst problem, just pay it and be happy it was nothing too serious.

  2. ...quire the fine...write up in great detail, also draw pics of all involved....the more detail the better..after all the cctv pic is just a pic,it doesnt show moving vehicals or other obstructions.dont give in fight it..i did and won.
