Cd error. I have just bought a 2nd hand car which has above mentioned cd player in it. However

I have just bought a 2nd hand car which has above mentioned cd player in it. However when I put a cd in it comes up the 'cd er6'. It is a discontinued model and with my bad googling skills I can't seem to find the right info.
Can anyone help please?
ps radio works fine.
