Koss KS3370-2The cd player does not work. When I put a cd in and close the case, the screen flashes the counter for a few seconds. The cd spins then stops. The screen reads DISC with a little "no" in the bottom right corner. I do not have the book of instructions for this machine. I am trying to get the machine fixed for its owner. He is blind. Can you help?
