Cd recorder?

ok my sister is going to send a song to taxi.com to get her noticed and watever...well she need a recorder so she can record her song and send it..wat is a good CD recorder so she can sing and record it onto the cd(her song) wear to buy one?

i rap and i do it all  my editing and recording through my computer thats your cheapest way unless u know someone with a studio that'll give you air time for cheap or for free.
