Cddj

Question

I took my 1999 ford expedtion in to get my heater fixed to the ford dealership. by the way... They had to pull my dash an my console. where my cd player is at. when i got it back i pushed the cd button to play a cd. an now it says. no cddj. they say it is not their problem. I really need help.
