Cdl practice test online?

Question

i have been studying for my general knowldege test and tanker, and air brakes endorsement for my cdl.

i was told by a friend to try http://www.cdl-test-answers.com

has anyone ever tried them?

I used them to practice. I also used http://www.layover.com/cdltest/

These were a great gage to see where I needed improvement.  

Test day, I only got like 3 wrong on all tests combined. (passenger, tank, doubles, air-brake)

CDL booklets are available at any DPS office (department of public safety). This booklet covers ALL questions. Simply read it thoroughly  TWICE, and you will pass.

Additional endorsement books are also available and are also FREE.

  You also have your choice of computer testing, written testing, audio assist ( cassette tape ), or if you can't read,

in Texas someone in the office will read the questions to you.

  If you take endorsement tests the same day as your General Knowledge test, there is no additional charge for the endorsements on your license.

  You must be a resident of the state, you apply in.

  You can not posess more than one CDL license. (in other words you can't have a license in  Texas and Alabama)
