IS IT A GOOD DEAL?Is the brand--international a bad brand with obvious defects?volvo is much more expensive.

  1. That is a good truck. My last driving truck I had the same one you are looking at. I put 500k mi before I left it. Only went in the shop once for a rear oil pan seal leaking. It was covered under warranty.

    If that is Cummins engine, you cant go wrong. I would not hesitate to buy it once it is checked out and if that price is right.

    It is also the best riding truck I have driven. I have driven all brands except Western Star.

    I pulled tanks with mine. Mostly got 5mpg loaded and 10-11 empty.
