Cebu Restaurants Good For Twenty Five?

Help! We'll be vacationing in Cebu and need to feed twenty five people buffet style. What restaurants do you recommend that don't charge a lot. Websites of those restaurants would be great too. Thanks!

Here's a list of some of the restaurants in Cebu.  You could also ask your Cebuano friends/relatives where they think is good, too.  Chika-an and Golden Cowrie feature local foods and are not expensive.  Grand Majestic is Chinese but a favorite of Cebuanos.  I love Lighthouse but it can be a bit expensive.  

So, take your pick.
