Cecilia Pescaglini busted in a crazy hand of the night
Bet was raised to 2,000 from Alfonso Amendola, followed by a three-bet raise to 5,100 from Cecilia Pescaglini in the cut-off. Amendola responded to her bet with a call and a queen, six and five of spades fell on the flop. With
a pair of pocket fours, four of spades and four of diamonds, Amendola checked her opponent, and Pescaglini threw in all of her 25,600 chips in the 10,000 pot. Amendola called and revealed her cards to stunned Pescaglini, who had a three of spades and a three
of hearts under her sleeves.
An eight of spades on the turn made Amendola favourite with a flush and a king of clubs on the river summed it all. Pescaglini got busted in one of the most exciting hands of the night and left the table in anguish.
Amendola  - 85,000

Pescaglini   - eliminated

John Eames wears away
An initial raise of 1,325 from John Eames was followed by three-bets to 3,200 from Luca Fiorini in the cut-off. With other contestants folding out of the hand, Eames raised the bet further to 15,200 and Fiorini called with his
pair of hooks, jack of diamonds and jack of spades. Fiorini revealed his ace and king of hearts but his opponent broke into the lead with an ace of diamonds, ten and three of spades hitting on the flop. Fiorini became the hot favourite for winning the hand
when a jack of hearts hits on the turn and eventually a seven of spades concluded the hand for him, as he added Eames’ chips to his pile of 80,000.
