Cedar Point...4th of July??

I am going to cp this friday (july 4). I have heard that july 4th is not all that busy and I figure I might as well go.

Has anyone been there within 3-5 weeks and are all the rides open because in late may when I went...Maverick was not?

When I was up there in June all rides and attractions were open.

They should all be open, but it will probably be really busy.

all rides are open, some might be closed due to repairs on them, most likely they should all be open, unless they need some repair work, but they should be open.

I just went this past Sunday, and every ride and coaster was operating just fine.

I would think that it's gonna be really busy, especially this 4th of July, since it's closer to a weekend than it has been for the past two or three years.

I haven't been there recently, but I doubt any rides will close until later that night shortly before the firework show.
