Question:

Cedar Point Attendance?

I have been to Cedar Point many times now, but its usually on a Friday or Saturday. I wanted to know whether Wednesday (the day we are going) is a good day to go (in June) and approximately how long will the waits be for rides like Dragster and Millennium Force.

Any help will be appreciated.

  1. Yeah Cedar Point  is awesome and June is a good month to go in and then the lines for millennium force shouldn't be long because ive been to cp tons of times and i dont have to wait pry 20 mins and dragster thats a diff story there are times i wait in line about 2 hours but it depends on what time of the day you get there to in the evening the lines get shorter

  2. Wednesday should be better than Fridays and Saturdays..

but since you're going in June.. it may be a little more crowded..

I live in San Francisco..i've always wanted to go to Cedar Point..

    Hope you have fun=)

  3. Wednesday's are usually a good day to go because there will be less of a wait.  However, for the bigger rides like the millenium force and dragster, your still going to end up waiting around a half hour to and hour, but thats way better than going on a saturday and waiting for two hours.

  4. I usually go to Cedar Point a couple times a year, and there never seemed to be a good day to go for short lines... but I went on Halloween day a few years ago, and the park was nearly empty! We had the best time, hardly any lines on any of the major rides.

  5. The Lines for Millenium and dragster will be long no matter what the day.  Millenium about 2-2 1/2 hours, Dragster about 2-3 hours depending on the time you get in line.  Lunch and dinner time is usually the best time to get in line.

Wednesday is probably the least crowded day of the week.

You may also want to try a Sunday because people are getting ready to go back to work on Monday and don't have the time to go to a park.

  6. What I do, is get there when the park is opening, and make a beeline to the good ones first. OR i'll choose to go on a day where theres going to be a few rain showers. It may be crowded, but then when you get a good downpour for about half an hour, most people leave. Then it'll clear up, and theres hardly any lines! Have fun!

  7. It depends on whether school will still be in or not. If most schools are out, then the lines will still be pretty long. Then again, I imagine lines wouls be shortest on Wednesday out of all he days since it is mid week. I could give you an estimate, but I don't want to get your hopes up. Those lines can be pretty long....

So worth the wait though, right? :]
