  1. WWW.CEDARPOINT.COM

  2. 1. Some of the best rides or people favorites are Millenium Force, Top Thrill Dragster, Maverick, Raptor, Magnum, Mantis, and Gemini.  All of these, except Gemini, are steel roller coasters and are very smooth.  Gemini is a wooden roller coaster where two sets of cars race each other.  To see descriptions and pictures of each ride, visit www.cedarpoint.com.

    2. To the best of my knowledge, they do not offer a FastPass type system.  It has been a few years since I have been there last (even though I live 30 minutes away...sadly I got tired of the park after going for 15 years with a season pass for 10 of those years).  Sometimes if the ride breaks down while you are riding it and it takes awhile for them to get you back to the station, they may offer you a "ticket" to come back and ride the ride again at a different time.

    3. A ticket for one person costs $41.95.  If you have AAA or know of someone with AAA that will stop by your local office and get tickets, a ticket through AAA costs $35.00.  Parking at Cedar Point costs $10 and that allows you to leave once and come back in without paying for parking again.

    4. The typical hours are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m..  On weekends and special days, they are open later at night.  To look for a specific date, look at www.cedarpoint.com.

    5. The food is very pricey at the park.  You are allowed to take coolers, but you cannot take them into the park (unless you have a medical condition that requires a cooler for medication).  Before you enter the gates to enter the park, there are picnic pavilions/shelters to place your cooler.  Each picnic pavilion has picnic benches and a few grills.  At lunch time, all you have to do is get a handstamp before leaving the gates, eat, and then show your handstamp to enter the park again.  Just a warning, since your cooler is not being watched while you are in the park, anyone can take it.  In my several years going, I have seen a few coolers stolen with the food spread out on the table, the food eaten out of the cooler (not by the people who brought it), or the food and cooler taken.  This doesn't happen very often, but just understand that your food/cooler could be stolen because nobody is watching it.  If you decide to eat inside the park, the food costs between $5-15 (depending what you want and how much you want and where you eat) per person.  I like going to Johnny Rockets.  I have heard that they know have a Panda Express, Subway, and Chick-fil-A inside the park (my mom went this May).

    I hoped I helped!

  3. i dont remember the times and how much u would have to pay but you will have crazy fun!

  4. HOLY c**p you gotta go there!!! The top thrill dragster is awesome and WICKED. Watch it on youtbe along with the milenium Force and the maverick. The Dragster goes like 125 MPH and is like 300 feet tall!!!

For more info on tickets and stuff go to www.cedarfair.com

  5. So many questions, where should I start?

Prices, hours of operation, and most other info can be found here:  http://www.cedarpoint.com/.  I think the tickets are around $42 each for adults.  Expect to pay around $10 or so for parking.

As for the rides, they've got tons of them!  If you like coasters, there's 17.  They don't call Cedar Point 'America's Roller Coast' for nothing.

I haven't been on the newer coasters, Wicked Twisted, Top Thrill Dragster, or Maverick yet, so I have no opinion on them, however, Millennium Force, Magnum XL 200, and Mean Streak are some of the best coasters I've ever been on!  Depending on the day you go, expect a ride wait of around 2 hours each for the coasters.  Sometimes it's longer, sometimes shorter, but I always anticipate a minimum 2 hour wait.

If you're going for multiple days, they have Soak City right next door.  It's their water park, but it has a seperate fee.  I'd recommend CP one day and SC on another day, but that's just me.

For food, there's tons to choose from.  You'll find they have restaurants in the park, as well as lots of choices outside of the park as well (but not a lot of people leave the park just to eat, especially Cedar Point).

There's also lots of shows to see.  I've always loved the Red Garter Saloon.  It's like being back in the western times.

If you have a few weeks before you're going, get on their website and request a brochure.  It contains TONS of coupons from everything from ticket discounts, to food and shopping discounts.

Hope this helps and I hope you have fun!!
