Ceiling fan glass broken

Question

I have a Madison Avenue Hamton Bay Chateau 52 in ceiling fan (SKU 266-848). I broke the glass enclosure covering the light bulbs. Home Depot where the previous owner of the house had purchased the fan no longer carries this model. Where can I find a replacement for the glass enclosure for the light bulbs?
