Cell Phone Tickle?

have a cell phone that I usually stash in the right side pocket of my trousers. I have it set to a regular ring tone and vibrate. Lately I have noticed a very slight tickle on my thigh (like a muted vibration) when I have my cell phone in my pocket.

I had dismissed this as being a figment of my imagination until today. I felt the "tickle" on my left thigh. I felt in the pocket and ... sure enough.... I had put my cell phone in the left pocket by mistake.

I have checked all of the "missed call" "message alert" signals to make sure that they do not vibrate when I have messages waiting or some other similar possiblity, yet the "tickle" continues. It does not occur with any regularity, but is random and infrequent.

Here come the questions---- Does this "tickle" sensation happen to anyone else?
