Cell Phone company charging monthly bill even though lines are suspended and contract is up?

Can a cell phone company (centennial) continue to charge you your monthly bill when your line is suspended and your contract is up? (you can keep the phones and not have a contract, they just give you discount is you re-new your contract)?

  1. you should call them and officially cancel the service.


  2. IF YOUR CONTRACT IS UP AND THE PHONE HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED BY THEM ''NO'' THEY SHOULDN'T BE CHARGING YOU FOR A SERVICE YOUR NO LONGER RECEIVING
