Cell Phone skins?????

Cell Phone Skins, I was wondering if you could put on a solid color cover, then put the skin on the cover that way you don't ruin the original phone... Thanks if you can help me :D

you should be able to but the thing is if you do u might have some trouble because the cover will make the phone thicker and the skin might not fit on right.
