Cell Phones?

Is it usually for a 12 going on 13 girl to have a cell phone? She never really uses the ohone that much, she just likes to have to to show off and be cool because all of her friends have really cool and expensive phones. What should I do?

I don't believe there's anything wrong with a 12 or 13 year old girl having a cell phone.  I would suggest however that you get her a prepaid phone.  It's cheaper and she can still look cool with her phone.  Good luck :)
