Cell phon ehelp PLEASE. ringtones!!!?

Question

So I want to download a ringtone onto my verizon cell phone. I went to tunes and tones and i bought sony music box for 2.49 then i opened it and i whent to the ringtone i wanted an di purchased it then it said "you do not have enough credits to buy this ringtone. please exit this app and buy more credits" so i exit it but how the heck do i buy more credits? I even called customer service but they are stupid. how do you buy credits? I thin it should be a simple question.
