Cell phone battery seems to get low a lot quicker?

Question

I already change the battery of my cellphone and charge it full but a few hours only it will be low batt again! Does anyone know what's the problem of my phone? The Battery is new so i guess the phone is deffective already?

Just because the battery is new doesn't mean it is any good, take it back to the place of purchase and ask for a replacement

Maybe you could leave it standby for a while and see how long it will last before becoming flat

hi , if your battery is dead at very fast than it is  may be due to fault in your battery .  but sometimes due to internal short circuit in your cell also cause this problem ... and for this check your temperature of your cell`s back when you charge your cell and also when you is taking with some one on cell,, if temperature becomes so much high then it means  there is a problem internal in your phone....... if this is the problem then change your cell    is   highly recommded by me......as it also causes blasting of battery due to over heating..

Simple things can lower your battery, such as leaving your bluetooth on, that's such an easy way of wasting battery. Your screen brightness could be too high and that wastes a lot of needless energy. Screensavers and moving wallpapers may look pretty but they use up battery power, so turn them off. And loud ringtones and having vibrate turned on use more needless power. And even turning the phone off when you don't need it helps a lot.
