Cell phone bill help?

ok if my friend from texas calls me, but makes her cell phone restricted [by *67ing it] will it show up on my phone bill that she called from texas, or will it just say restricted? please answer this-i need to know the answer soon. thanks!

yes it will show up restricted but U DONT GET CHARGED dont listen to that guy i have done it sooo many time my friend does it with this guy from michigan cause she gets a print out to so she makes him call restricted and she has never gotton charged or anyhting like that she does it likt 40 million times

It will show up as restricted but you have to pay for every restricted call you make or receive.
