Cell phone carrier question please read, help?

Ok so I'm about to buy a phone on motorola.com its on t mobile and I was wondering if when i buy and get the phone in the mail if I take it to the place can I get all the extra things put on the plan like wireless insurance or phone tones that kind of thing or is it just me buying through the plan on motorola please help I'm not buying my phone until I have some insight on this thanks.

If i was able, i would go right ahead and purchase everything at the same time, right on the site.  

  Main reason; to spare myself from the sales pitch(s)

..and hun, just so you know, it is a violation (albeit an odd one) of T.O.S. to post the same question, multiple times, and will get all of the questions *mysteriously* deleted.  =(
