Cell phone contract?

i heard a bill was being passed (or something) about cell phone companies not being able to charge the early cancellation fee to get out of a contract early. Does anyone know about this? I have T-Mobile and live in California, if that matters.

Yes I read about it on yahoo. A supreme judge ruled that it is illegal for cell phone companies to charge early termination fees to customers. The judge ordered Sprint to stop asking customers to pay termination fees in such.  According to the article, it only was with Sprint. It could be with T-mobile later on in the feature if the whole bill passes.

um its actualy a bad idea for that. it wasnt passed yet the cell companies are fighting back lol. um is it does get passed thee won tbe contracts and ull pay  like 300 for a cheeeap phone like the razr.!!!
