Cell phone help?!!? speed dial?

Question

i was trying to access voice mail and i pressed{held} down #1 and a message popped up saying entry name i did and number i did {first phone so i thought thats what it was} but that was speed dial and i can't delete it.

i go to speed dial and it i can't click #1 so i can't remove it i need help!!

well you could just dial your phone number and it should take you to voice mail if this dosent work i would call the carrier that your with and get some help from them
